Marina Linde — IT specialist (IHK) and business economist (B.A. & MBA). Sparring partner for IT heads, CDOs and digitalisation officers in the public sector and healthcare.

I help where someone knows that something has to change, but not how. And where a project has stalled or an IT department can no longer keep up. For more than 14 years I have worked at the intersection of IT and economic feasibility, and I get exactly these initiatives back on course.

Most of the time I am approached when there is a concrete problem, just like the projects in my cases: from introducing AI in a therapy practice and automating quality documentation in a hospital to recognising rare childhood diseases with AI. Just as often it is about day-to-day work: operational process management in a hospital, demand management that I set up and run on an interim basis, or an IT head who is overstretched and needs an advisor for hands-on sparring. Sometimes something is coming at an organisation by law, like the EUDI Wallet. Sometimes AI needs to be introduced so that it really arrives in daily work, with my AI rollout framework.

I don't stop at advice. From the advisory role I move straight into implementation and get my hands dirty. Technology is a means to an end: I solve real problems where there is a need, instead of selling buzzwords.

My clients value my broad knowledge that also holds up in depth, my empathy and my creativity. Because behind every project there are people who want to be brought along. That is why I work by one motto: Digital. Human. Effective.
