1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Marina Linde
Marina Linde Consulting
Mozartstr. 5
85354 Freising
Germany
Email: hello@linde-consulting.com
2. General information on data processing
We only process our users' personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services, or where consent has been given. Personal data is regularly processed only on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
3. Provision of the website and creation of log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE. Every time this website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer system (server log files). The following data is collected: IP address, date and time of the request, content of the request, access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, browser used and its version, operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer URL).
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log file data is stored for a maximum of seven days for security purposes (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) and then deleted.
4. Search engine optimization and structured data
To make our website findable in search engines, we use structured data (Schema.org markup) as well as an XML sitemap and a robots.txt file. These contain exclusively information that is already publicly visible on this website (e.g. company name, contact details, address as stated in the Imprint). No additional personal data is collected, no cookies are set, and no data is transmitted to third parties in this process; the information is merely read by search engine crawlers.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the findability of our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Cookies and your consent
This website does not use any cookies or tracking scripts that are not technically necessary before you have expressly consented via the cookie banner. We store your decision (consent or refusal) as technically necessary in your browser's local storage, so that you are not asked again on your next visit. This storage itself is required for the operation of the website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this page.
6. HubSpot (web analytics & marketing automation)
After you have given your consent via the cookie banner, we use HubSpot, a service provided by HubSpot Ireland Limited, One Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. The tracking code is delivered via EU servers (js-eu1.hs-scripts.com).
HubSpot enables us to analyze user behavior on our website (e.g. pages visited, time spent, click paths) as well as marketing automation (e.g. matching form inquiries, email marketing). The following data may be processed: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, access time, referrer URL, and, where applicable, contact details you have voluntarily provided.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via "Cookie Settings" in the footer; this does not retroactively remove scripts already loaded, but no new data will be collected.
For more information on data processing by HubSpot, please see HubSpot's privacy policy (opens in new tab).
7. Contact form
Our contact form does not transmit your details to a server. Instead, when you submit it, your local email client opens with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@linde-consulting.com. Only once you actually send this email yourself are your details (name, email address, message) transmitted to us via your own email provider.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your inquiry). We store the data received this way only for as long as necessary to process your inquiry, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
